Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI)
Students
ALL Adler students and faculty are required to take the CITI training on protection of human subjects in research. The training is good for two years.
The access site is listed below. When you log on to the CITI home page, you enter your ID and password. After you do so, select “Adler School of Professional Psychology” from the drop-down menu as your sponsoring institution. Please complete all the Modules of the “Social and Behavioral Research” – Basic modules for projects with minimal risk. The course takes 45-90 minutes, depending on your familiarity with the material. When you have completed the modules, a report is automatically forwarded to the IRB. Please make sure that you print a copy for yourself. Please direct any questions to Dr. Peter Ji, at pji@adler.edu.
You can find the course at: www.citiprogram.org
Faculty
Adler faculty can also obtain CE credits by completing extra modules on the CITI training site. Information about the CE credits is here: https://www.citiprogram.org/members/index.cfm?pageID=146
